    Start by logging every single bite. Read the posts at the top. Commit to working at this.
    Figure out ways to have fun with this. ie make it a game.

    Try so much I started drinking protein shakes with soy and Almond milk. I gained so much weight over the winter and having a hard time taking it off. Thanks for the advice

    Just track what you eat, try not to eat such big portions and unhealthy stuff, go to the gym cardio and do light weighs. You can do it you have a lot of people here to help

    Plan - Plan - Plan and track everything you eat and log it in the food dairy. If you stick to it you would hope to lose weight. Add some friends to help you along the way. Good luck.

    I haven't been on here for awhile and have gained 20 pounds since August, partially because of thyroid issues but not totally. Now I have 30 pounds to lose :( I am starting today to log everything I eat as I have done in the past. It really helps! Be honest with yourself with what you log and you will soon see what you are doing wrong. Good luck and don't give up!
