Quick question about calories counting.

I'm curios. So here a quick question

Day 1 = 1500 calories consume 0 burn
Day 2 = 1700 calories consume - 200 burn

So guys, which one is better, ?

    ^^ Yup. If the calorie burn is accurate, then it will work out the same. Of course there are other benefits to exercise, so arguably the 1700 day with 200 exercise is 'better'.

    I find that exercising seems to increase my metabolism. I lose more weight with a combination of exercise, so for me, 1700 calories with 200 burn is better.

    The one with exercise is better because you will be healthier. While it won't make much difference for short term weight loss, the benefits of exercise prevent some things from happening that make it more difficult to lose weight.

    For me, 1700 with a burn because I like to eat. :-)
