    Just eat tons of high calorie unsaturated fat food to gain muscle mass (like avocados, nuts, salmon, beans, etc), and continue to do resistance training. That's what I did and over several months you'll notice a difference.

    Higher protein in take, higher risk of ketosis yes?
    More free weights? How long do I work out for and how many rest days?
