Indian cauliflower lentil soup from the Oh She Glows cookbook (but with carrot instead of sweet potato) - 200 calories a serve. Not the most photogenic meal you've ever seen but I can't wait to take this to work for lunch next week

Lighter version of a childhood favorite from a local restaurant-- the "Italian Special" pizza-- turkey sausage, turkey pepperoni, sauce, reduced fat cheese, onion, pepperoncini, Italian seasoning, parmesan, and a flat out pizza crust. 548 calories (Dinner is always my biggest meal- but even these calories left me room for a sweet treat!). Nom.
