Starting Again

I've been trying to lose weight for so long, but my motivation has starts and stops. Results take a long while for me, and involve cutting lots of calories plus lots of working out (my metabolism is pretty low) so I get discouraged and then slip. Not to mention I have a pretty hectic schedule!

But I'm really going to try. I recently moved to a new city, joined a new gym; I want to lose some weight by summer and get closer to my overall goal of health.

If anyone wants to add me for motivational support -- I could sure use it!
