It sounds like you already know how to lose weight as you've already had success. Do it again.

Did you eat an extra 14000 calories in the last two weeks? Did you start a new exercise routine? Is it maybe that time of the month?

Well, if you didn't overeat by 14000 calories, then I would say ride it out. It could be a mix of factors; water weight from sodium, bloating from time of month, constipation, etc, etc. Just stay on track and keep doing what you were doing to lose the first 50. If it continues to go up, or doesn't drop in another 2 weeks, take a look at what you can tighten up in your logging. Use a food scale, log accurately, eat back 50% of your exercise calories if you're hungry.

If you're logging your exercise on MFP, don't eat back more than 50% of the calories it gives you for them, because most people overestimate their workouts, and MFP overestimates calories burned. If you're not logging your exercise for extra calories, then don't worry about it.

Eat back half of your exercise calories means if you burned, for example 400 calories on the treadmill, you would 'eat back' 200 calories. That leaves you with a 200 calorie deficit on top of whatever the MFP calculator has set for your daily calorie goal.

Are you weighing and logging your foods? If you find that the 4 pounds doesn't back down after a week (when your TOM is history) then you might want to get serious with more carefully tracking your intake.

your daughter is 100% right, you are not. ALL foods are "ok to eat" you just have to be moderate in your consumption. Right now if you're really only eating 500 calories a day you are in eating disorder territory.

You can eat a whole muffin. Eat whatever you want as long as you don't go over your calories.

You can eat whatever you want as long as you remain within your deficit. If you want the muffin, eat it.
