hi is there anybody doing LCHF? I'm interested in swapping recipes or on the look out for new ones and meal ideas for a family.

I did for about a month but i'm switching back to just the regular wel-balanced counting calories thing just because it was too expensive and restricted all the foods I loved (pasta/bread).

But I've made amazing different recepies and I have some tips if you are interested! It's not a terrible diet.. I never got the headaches or pains or sluggish feelings that other people did when they went into Ketosis but I just feel like I'm constantly trying to find a way to make food when I have lost a significant amount of weight the normal calorie-counting way and being on a normal diet makes it easier when you go to events where they don't have low-carb options..

But Yeah there are amazing low-carb products you can find in stores and tricks to eat full meals without being reduced to such little foods. If you are willing to make it a lifestyle then I would say it's fine but if you are planning on going back to a normal diet its more worth it to just stick to a calorie-counting diet. I honestly didn't lose significantly more weight on LCHF diet than I did just counting calories...

I'm lchf, but my recipe is making ground beef into a bunch of ready-to-go hamburgers and then eating one when I am hungry. I sometimes get a roasted chicken from a grocery store. I was trying to do more but then I realized I am not Pinterest food material. I find it easier this way.
