Here are my progress pics so far, I have a little ways to go still but there has been ALOT of post lately about the baby belly ect..and I just wanted all my fellow mommys out there in the mfp world to know it can get better!!!

Fantastic! Wow, size 12 to size 2?? I'm jealous...I've lost 24.5 lbs and have gone from a loose 14 to a comfy 10. Doesn't make sense! Not fair!0

Lol, I have lost a ton of inches!! My weight is actually at a standstill right now haven't lost a lb in a month! But that being said I am lifting and muscle is denser than fat but it takes up less space so even though the scale isn't budging I am still getting lean.Fantastic! Wow, size 12 to size 2?? I swear by planks! I try to do them everyday! Front, side and reverse. Hold them as long as you can!!!!!! And a very clean diet.Can you share specifically what you are doing to target the after-baby belly?0 -
I also like to do russian twist with a 10lb medicine ball, this has helped widdle away the muffin, lol

Russian Twist= Sit on your bottom with your knees bent, lean back slightly and bring your feet off the floor, with a medician ball in hands(weight of your choice) you bring the ball to the right side then rotate to the left side. If its to hard you can put your feet down then work up to lifting them, you should feel the burn in your obliques!!Russian twist? do tell? What are they?0 -

Yes! She is awesome! I use alot of websites and google for recipies. As far as lifting goes I lift as heavy as I can to do at least eight reps but no more than ten. If I can do ten-twelve I usually increase my weight. I try to do three sets of 8-10, usually supersets. example today I did legs and shoulders so I did military press with 25lb Dumbells then plate raisies with a 25lb plate, but you may be able to lift heavier or need to go lighter. Everybodys heavy varies.When you wrote "clean eating," are you talking about the Tosca Reno clean eating? And how heavy are you lifing, the reps, etc? Thanks!0 -
