    It's literally the Devil's Work. I get to find out how much a patient will owe the hospital based on their insurance benefits, and I have to call to collect on that. I'm not aggressive like some of my colleagues, however, you know, because I actually have some portion of soul left after working in the administration field of healthcare for the last 7 years.
