Hi!!! I'm a mom of 2 great kids (girl 8yrs & boy 10yrs). Lol that baby weight has been sticking around for longer than I ever thought it would.

    Life has never been the same since they were born. I am so busy with work, house cleaning, after school activities, and just everyday life. I never seem to have the time, energy, or motivation to stick to a diet or exercise plan.

    Also, I want to teach my children the importance of a good diet and exercise as they become adults. I didn't have very good role models growing up.
