    I've also decided that every time I microwave something, I'm doing jumping-jacks the whole time! lol

    That's a great idea!

    What I used to do was do 10 pushups and 10 quick crunches before every meal, right after I got out of basic training in 1995 (U.S. Army veteran; 1995-2001). I had myself do these before I ate a meal or a snack. It was a discipline that I had for a great 6 years. Thinking about doing it again, for old time sake, before every meal.

    Kind of like "earning" your calories! I should do this!

    Started today... we should keep a running total-- Starting Monday and add everyone's up to see how many squats and side cruchs we MFP's did!
