hello everyone

Hi my name is Debra and I have tracking my daily food intake and exercise here and it is helping me realize that i eat a lot of empty calories and i don't do enough exercise. I have lost some weight so i am happy with that. I am not giving up on my goal to gradually and safely lose weight and maintain that weight lose. I have seen my blood pressure go down and i do not feel sick the way i used to when i ate a lot of pasta, soda and candy. So that's something good. Well its nice to meet everyone and keep up with your goals. :)
