hi,
I just started my diet. I was 151. And now 149. Anyone trying to lose about 35 pounds like me? I would love to have friends who have the same goal.

Just remember, you lose the last few lbs just like you lost the first few lbs.

    1. Evaluate goals
    2. Define measurements
    3. Construct a healthy exercise and nutritrion regimen based on 1 and 2.
    4. Follow through

I am looking to lose about 35 pounds this year. I started at 235 last February and got down to 201 at Christmas. Down to about 196 now, but it is getting harder and harder to lose! I am hoping to be down to about 160-170 by this Christmas, but it is slow going now!

Oh, I am currrently doing 1 hour of strength (weights) and 1 hour of cardio. Average burn 8000+ calories a week.

Trying to lose 40, was at 230' currently at 205. The first 15 went fast. The next 10 are taking a lot of work, both exercise and diet religiously. Have to keep it off so this is the new lifestyle.

I have lost 13 lbs so far this year and still have 38 lbs to go. I am exercising 4 to 5 days a week, including strength and circuit training, visiting a nutritionist and following a diet plan and reading every single day about fitness and diet and nutrition. It's keeping me motivated, especially now that I've gone down two pant sizes!
