Hey all! I have a bit of an internal conflict. I look healthy for my age/size, but I would really like to reduce my body fat percentage and build more muscle. What is the most accurate way to measure body fat?

I have one of those scales that measures body fat, but just like my weight -- the numbers keep bouncing around.0 -
You can get handheld units or calipers or use a scale with built in body fat %...0

calipers or water displacement test, your doctor could also probably measure you without the use of BMI0
