I scrambled sausage and about 4 eggs together, thought I would eat about 1/2 cup for breakfast (was thinking low carb) but can't seem to find calories or how to figure it up? Thanks

    how much sausage?

each egg is about 70 calories so that is 280

and how much did you end up with? how many servings?

and half a cup is not a lot...wow.

Put it in the recipe builder. Divide it into the number of servings you made. Tada. Seriously the recipe builder should be your best friend if you do any of your own cooking. Does all the math for you. Makes life easier.

Ready2rock...I agree the recipe builder is awesome but have you had any issues with it miscalculating? I find sometimes I add all of the ingredients in and then it gives me a final calorie count lower than what it was adding up to as I entered items in...any advice?

I've noticed this glitch a few times lately. I usually go back in, click edit, then re-save the recipe. That almost always corrects the problem. If that doesn't work, I might add an extra ingredient, then delete it and save it. It's a bit frustrating, honestly.
