    YOGA. I hate everything about yoga. I hate that the room is hot (even though I'm not going to hot yoga). I hate hearing the breathing. I hate the music they play. I hate that I hate something that runs me $40 a month.

    Only redeeming thing is that I love the way I feel the next day.

    cardio. Stairmaster specifically.

    I really hate hanging leg raises too- but they are good for me- pretty much everything else I really like doing.

    I absolutely ABSOLUTELY hate push-ups! I can't ever achieve good form & it sucks!

    Overhead Press. I cannot get my weight up with this lift. It's always a struggle to get through the last sets.... but I'm really digging the way my shoulders, arms and upper back look. :blush:

    Lunges and burpees. Actually, burpees is love/hate, because I can feel myself getting faster and fitter at them, and they work so many muscles! But lunges? Give me squats, deadlifts, even step-ups-- virtually anything that works similarly-- any day!

    *kitten* Bulgarian split squats. *kitten* them.

    I don't actually hate the OHP, but my god it's the most frustrating lift in the entire world. If I didn't have microloading plates I'd never get anywhere.

    Bulgarian split squats, Romanian deadlifts, wide grip pull-ups, any cardio that doesn't involve a ball

    lunges :'( can't say why I hate them so much, I definitely do more intense exercises and plyometric exercises are my favorites but I recoil at any sort of lunge
