Lack of motivation. Need to lose 80 lbs

Hi! I desperately need help and motivation. I always start this journey and within a week I usually give up. How do I stay on track? It would be great to make friends who are going through the same thing.

I never exercised. It bored me to death. So, I found exercises I love. Then started going. Then, I made friends at the gym. They make me go because now I have to explain to them why I didn't go, plus my instructors. I also weigh myself everyday. If I gain, it motivated me to kick it back in.
My weekends are my biggest hurdle.0 -
I have about 50 pounds to lose.0
