I just do this when I make mine
Low fat and low salt greek yogurt
1-2 lebanese cucumbers grated with excess moisture squeezed out
2-4 cloves of garlic crushed (depending on taste)
1 tbs of white wine vinegar or lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together in a bowl
I taste it as I am making it and tweak it to taste I like mine really galicly and tart. you can add olive oil to make it sweeter or add less acid but bear in mind oil will up your cals0 -
Awesome, thanks folks!0

I love tzatziki and eat it on tons of stuff! Great little extra source of protein and yummy as heck. Here's how I make it:
-1 medium or large container of fat free greek yogurt, such as Fage or Chobani
-2 persian cucumbers or 1/2 of a large grocery-store size regular one, grated or finely chopped with moisture squeezed out with a paper towel
-juice from 1 lemon
-a buttload of garlic, pressed
-salt and pep to taste0
