Looking for new ab sculpting exercises for the summer.
Gained muscle mass but definition needs some tweaking . Lmk what you've tried so far .

Drop body fat through diet => definition0

jack-knife, 90 degree crunch, weighted bicycle crunch, , 90 degree toe taps, elbow walks, army crawl, exercise ball crunch, isolated crunch... all of these to failure or even in circuits..0

Diet. You can't sculpt the fat that's covering the muscle. You can only get rid of it.0

I'd say the best sculpting exercise would be a calorie deficit...0

If your avatar is a pic of you and it is current, I thought you looked pretty fantastic and just wanted to some exercises to target muscle growth there...

That's me currently but I don't have the stomach definition to washboard abs more like just flat.0

Competitively to "carve" in my abs was a 12 week calorie deficit. They were visible by 6 weeks, but to deeply "etch" them in, I dieted another 6 extra weeks to get to single digit % numbers. And it only lasted like a week.
