Dropping a 45's to load a bunch of other plates defeats the purpose of doing a drop set by increasing rest time. Sure, it's sort of a dick move to use a bunch of plates, but there is a method to the madness.0 -

I actually hate doing squat drop sets because the barbell looks like this and I'm sure people think I have no idea what I'm doing. It's the fastest way to unload weight when I'm lifting by myself.0 -
