Hit a plateau (apparently)

I have been eating 1200-1500 calories/day and have lost over 70 lbs in the last 7 months. But I seem to have plateaued in the last few weeks, gaining a few lbs, losing them again. I haven't significantly changed anything, that I can tell. It's not like I am suddenly cheating on my counting. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks.

PS- I walk a treadmill 3 days/week for exercise.

Congratulations on the great loss. That's really amazing! With regards to the stall. What kind of diet have you been doing so far? Within your daily calorie allowance what proportion is fat, protein carbs? You may need to switch things up there!

Can you open up your diary? 1200-1500 is low for a male, especially with the amount of weight you still have to lose, so you should still be losing at that amount.

A plateau is 8-10 weeks, you are but stalled. Your diary is still closed.

Maybe the fact that you HAVEN'T changed anything in your diet for so long is the issue. You need to re-set your body now and again to make it more responsive to your diet. Just a thought...

    No No and No

OP: You really need to be logging better. Most of your entries are generic entries "1 burrito", "1 apple", "1 serving" etc.

I've had 200 calorie burritos, and I've had 1500 calorie+ burritos. I've had 60 calorie apples, and have had 150+ calorie apples.

My advice is you're eating far more than you think you are. Tighten up your logging - measure and weigh everything. When you had 70 additional lbs of body weight on you, those errors weren't enough to prevent you from losing weight, but now they are. Congrats on the progress so far though!
