30 day arm and leg challenge

I have to loose weight and get in shape this summer. Does anyone want to start the 30 day leg and arm challenge with me?
We can help keep each other on track by posting every day when we have completed it.

    I was JUST looking for more strength training to add to my daily routine. This doesn't seem like it will interfere with my other routines I have going so.. I'm in!

    Yes let's start on the first of may and post here daily for accountability. I am taking measurements to keep track of i loose any inches during this challenge.

    Day 1 of challenge done, I added 10kg of weight to the leg exercises, couldn't get my chest all the way to the floor for the push ups as my upper body strength isn't great but hopefully this will improve throughout the challenge.

    Measurements for week 1:
    Weight: 10st 11lb
    Waist: 37 inches
    Hips: 39 inches
    Chest: 36.5 inches
    Left upper arm: 12 inches
    Left thigh: 22.5 inches
    Left calf: 15 inches

    Looking forward to seeing how you are all getting on :)

    this looks fun, I'm doing hip hop abs at the moment which isn't very challenging. ..at all but is doing my abs nicely so was looking for something to add! day 1 done :)

    Day two finished. If the weather is nice where you are try to pair it with a walk, some yard work, and a healthy meal.

    Day Two Done! Since Match 3rd I pretty much eat clean 99.7% of the time. I'm re landscaping my backyard and adding to the front. I think I'll plant a new flower planter tomorrow (Sunday) and maybe walk one of my dogs --to accept your suggestion/challenge. Thanks!

    Day 3 done! Also Ate healthy, walked my Dalmatian Lord Chamberlin, and I didn't get the planter done ... Because I had to get some stuff and spray paint the pattern for the grass that's getting out in this week. That might count tho. :)

    Day 2 of arm challenge. Have swapped leg challenge to ab challenge as my knees are just awful at the mo :-(.

    Which I'm gutted about as it's my thighs and bum I need to tone the most. But my knees are agony after one squat...drs tomo x
