Hey everyone! New user to MFP but have been making the lifestyle changes necessary to be heathy for about the last two years.
I am 6'0", and at my heaviest I was about 325 pounds. Today, I am hovering in the 205-210 range. Most of my success is contributed to a high protein/far, low carb diet. Also, I have been training to run a half marathon by the end of the summer, and hopefully a full marathon next year at some point.
Please feel free to add me or ask any questions you'd like! Best of luck to everyone!

Looking good! Keep going. After all this work you've probably learned how to eat and so on. You don't have to think too much about it, do you?0

Ha I mean I still have to be conscious. There are days where I'm tempted to eat like garbage, but I think I have trained my willpower to overcome those urges! Thanks for the comment!

Ha figured someone would point that out. It's a syringe that came with a teeth whitening kit. No roids for me. Thanks!0 -

Congratulations! You look awesome. As a Cardinals fan, I think you would look even better in a smaller Cardinals shirt. Lol.
Okay, serious question. I like that you took your time to lose the weight. Did you lose consistently over the two years or did you ever have stalls or plateaus? If you did have any stalls or plateaus what did you do to keep losing?0 -
amazing work! Congrats!0

I've got a smaller cards shirt - I'll try to post a picture tomorrow . Yeah - I stall all the time. The pass with patience. Sometimes I was underestimating my caloric intake, sometimes it was just unexplainable. The key is to not give up and say screw it. Definitely faced my share of struggles.
