Hello people of FitnessPal,
My name is Emilee and I'm a 26 year old nursing student. I started my weight loss journey about a year and a half ago. So far I've lost 50 lbs, and the last 6 months or so I've been stalled at 180, and can't seem to motivate myself to lose the last 20-30 lbs.
Anyone with tips or encouraging words is welcome. I'm also here to help anyone who would like the same

Hey there and congrats on your success thus far.
You may want to consider re-adjusting your calorie intake up or down as well as mix up your workouts to see what will get your body burning again.

Hi! I'm Clare and I'm a staff nurse! How are you coping with working nights? I've just started and want to lose around 15-20lbs and I find working nights I tend to eat too much or crave the wrong foods! 50lbs loss is amazing btw!! Well done0
