I'm in! Hoping to drop at least 15lbs from now until June (starting close to 300lbs so its possible!)0

Count me in !!! Just incorporated weight training into my fitness regime of 15-20 miles of running per week so this will be great to see how its affecting my weight loss. Im presumig I may stick or even gain due to the muscle, but am hoping to see a difference in inches lost.

Successes/struggles --I am really good with my portions at the cafeteria at work at lunch time but bad in the evenings and weekends when I am home. I am going to change one habit at a time. In May I am going to work on my evening habits and watching my portion sizes. Measuring everything out, using smaller dishes (to trick my mind) and drinking a glass of water before giving in to a craving0 -
