I need some dinner idea's.
Keep eating the same old things and it's getting boring.
If you can also list the calories, that would be helpful too.
Thanks!

My main meal of the day is at lunch time, so for supper I'm just having oatmeal with flax seed and blueberries mixed in.

Chicken Quesadillas! Between 450-500 depending on how much chickeb you use and the size of tortilla. I use 7 oz of chicken between 2 soft taco shell size and some homemade refried beans and cheese and sour cream.

A baked potato with chili on top and maybe some sort of dessert for later. Kids have practices so dinners are usually small and quick through the weeks

Blowing off my usual "eat a small snack for dinner" plan...:

    pasta
    parmesan (real, not Kraft)
    mushrooms
    onions
    tomatos
    zucchini
    chicken
    bacon bits

If there's any left over, it would be good cold for lunch tomorrow too.

We're having homemade tomato basil bisque soup with grilled cheese using homemade healthified pimiento cheese, baby spinach, thinly sliced honey crisp apples on pumperknickle done Panini style (Love my George Foreman grill!). Fresh fruit salad with a drizzle of dark chocolate and a squirt of fresh whipped cream (Love my cream whipper as well!).

Pork chops (will weigh a portion so it fits into my calories) and also a portion of this recipe:

    http://www.thugkitchen.com/spring_asparagus_risotto (NSFW language)

I haven't weighed everything out yet but right now it's looking like about 263 calories for the asparagus risotto.

Marinated in lemon pepper baked boneless skinless chicken breast, baked potato with light sour cream, spray butter, and bacon bits, and 2 cups of steamed broccoli! Yum! 561 cals if I actually eat the allotted 8oz of chicken. With 4 oz. its 440 cals.

5 ounces of fresh Atlantic salmon on the grill: 288 calories
4 jumbo shrimp on the grill: 56 calories
Digestive health salad (Fresh express - just the lettuce and fixins, not using the dressing and other items inside the package) 25 calories
Lite rice vinegar for dressing (yum): 15 calories
Fat free feta crumbles: 35 calories

So total is around 400 give or take? That will be enough to make up my caloric deficit for the day and put me right at my target. I will most likely have dessert tonight as well so another couple of hundred calories which will still leave me almost over 1,000 calories to eat for the day.

Probably my salad I set aside for lunch today :P but that's what I get for working late today.

Usually my dinner is some chicken with veggies, or whatever I feel like eating that day. If I'm lazy, PB&J or something super easy. I eat most of my food during the day so dinner is just what I want to keep myself satiated for the evening. Recently it was soup because I made soup for days. Yay Slow Cookers!

Yes, although my salmon will be a bit higher in calories because I'm packing the top of it with brown sugar & chili powder before we grill it!

Well, I eat my "dinner" at lunch... today it's spinach/cottage cheese/feta quiche with buttered asparagus. Dinner will just be raspberries, almonds, and yogurt with some gluten-free Joe-Joe's for dessert.
