I'm on day 7 of eating clean and I feel super tired and I'm craving all kinds of sweets. I'm trying so hard this time around to not give in, but geez it's hard. Any ideas when my energy will return or what I can do to boost it, or why I'm even feeling tired

Is eating clean where you wash the food first? ;)

I'm eating 1500 calories a day but everything is whole foods nothing processed. I've been feeling great up until today not many cravings or anything and then today bam. I want a cake or two lol

No. It's eating right after you get out of the shower or bath.

when it is just today than eat a bit extra ( like 200 calories) I would make some salads lol
When you are doing great otherwise.

Nothing to worry about having 1 day to be tired

I thought you were tired all the time what can indicate you are not eating enough

This whole "clean eating" has become such a buzzword/phrase. Why deprive yourself of anything? Successful dieters and lifestyle-changers have chocolate, candy, and even fast food now and then. Everything in moderation. Personally, I don't eat packaged food (b/c of a soy allergy), and I cook most of my food from scratch, but I eat chocolate or have something at my favorite fast food restaurant (Panera) now and then :) Life is too short to deprive yourself of the things you like :)

That's a great idea and it's lifelong sustainable.

    You don't cook your food?

That would suck, but it would be a huge time saver?

As for eating clean, I always thought soap didn't taste very good. >.>

how come that this is getting into a clean eating discussion while the OP is just 1 day tired ( which is quiet normal to me, can happen isn't it?)

Is nobody really reading? Or is it just the fun to search for some bashing around and make every single subject/post a discussion post?
