Been away from myfitnesspal for awhile and boy, have I gained weight. Have somethings going on in my life that caused me to eat out of stress. But looked in the mirror the other day and wondered, who is this person looking back. Well, this is day two of keeping the food diary and am craving sugar like mad. Any suggestions on how to cope. Broke my toe, so can't excercise right now. Help!!!!

Don't need to exercise to lose the weight. It's good but not necessary.0 -
I was a sugar addict. What helps me when I get out of control is to go on a low carb diet for 2 weeks. It reduces my cravings and I can go back to counting calories. welcome back.0
