    Writing down the small successes! Victory on the scale is great but the small changes I'm noticing are even more encouraging---I write down the small things when ever I notice them---new (long lost) dimple, easier to cross legs, hands feel very thin, seeing muscle definition (that's been progressing under all that insulation), much thinner neck and feet--ankles coming too! Etc. Etc. Etc.

    The fact that I have a tough mudder, Spartan race and a half marathon coming up within the next 4 months!
