Fast Metabolism Diet and Training for 5K

Looking for others that are doing the Fast Metabolism Diet. I am in the middle of week 3 and having great results. I just signed up for a 5k in July. Would love to encourage others and be encouraged or find others in my area to jog with. Peace and love to everyone!!

    I am interested in finding others that are using the fast metabolism diet. Running a 5K is my exercise goal. Are either of you still using this?
