Has anyone else had experience with diet fuel by USN I've had it for ages and now im debating using it again but im not sure of the best way to use it, it says twice a day on the tub but I don't know whether this will be any good for me. Has anyone else used it differently and had results, I'm currently thinking of using it once day at lunch or breakfast

Calorie deficit is what is needed for weight loss. You can eat food, or drink shakes, one, two, three, four, five, whatever you like, if it gives you the nourishment you need while still keeping the calorie deficit. I would recommend food, though.0

I have it either for breakfast or as part of my lunch (with egg on toast or something similar) and absolutely love it. It's the best flavour shake I've found (I have either chocolate, banana caramel or a scoop of each) and it's the only shake that I've found which turns into a thick, creamy milkshake when you blend it with ice and water! It's much more filling this way too - I definitely recommend blending it with lots of ice and water (I use a nutribullet) rather than just having it with water0

It's my favourite protein shake, taste wise and texture wise. Put it in a shaker and it actually comes out smooth, which is pretty unusual! Contains a good amount of fibre and is fairly cheap too. It's a good product in my opinion.
But compared to other protein powders, the protein content isn't all that high.
I mix it with other protein powders to improve their taste and improve the USN powder's protein content. It's usually part of my regular breakfast of blended fruit and protein powder so I've not used it as a meal replacement. (You'd probably do well to take a good multivitamin too if you decided to do that.)
It does keep me fuller for longer compared to other protein shakes and meal replacements.0 -

Can someone who uses this confirm how much water or milk they mix it with? I bought this and mixed it with 250ml of water as guided on the box said to mix with between 200-300ml and that evening I woke up retching and all the next day I felt so sick.. I can only put it down to this product.. And I'm not sure what I did wrong?0
