I would love to do the Biggest Loser Challenge. I have started going to the gym and working out and eating well. I was 180 pds. I loss 16 pds on my own. Eating well and watching the portion size. Eating 5 time a day that is including snacks. Good Luck. Also we will surport each other,ok.

ok then I am in also. Right now I am being so bad. I got to Atlanta on Friday and have been eating horribly since then. I leave tomorrow. Then I can restart. I hope I havent gained alot of weight this weekend. I know my sodium has probably been sky high.

I would rather have teams, thats alot for one person to keep up with. Just my personal opinion. I like the challange part also, I think we need to be motivated in one way or another.0

ok then on the 30th or the 31st I will seperate everyone into 3 teams. I think we should do challenges but we need to count on ourselves to not cheat on these challenges. We need to remember if we cheat we are only hurting ourselves. I will divide teams and then let everyone know who to PM their start weights to. Does that sound good to everyone?0
