I've lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks just weighed and I gained 3 lbs back no cheating what the heck

Weight loss is not linear.
3lbs fluctuation is completely normal.
Also, why are you only counting carbs, what about fats and protein and total calories?0 -
1. Are you counting carbs or calories? While low carb helps many people lose weight and/or feel better, if you're consuming more calories than you burn, you won't lose.
2. Weight loss is not linear. You'll have ups and downs and plateaus. A larger loss at the beginning of trying is not unusual because it's typically water weight. Don't worry about this, unless the gain continues to be a trend, it's not worrisome.
3. Sometimes a gain like that is due to what you ate recently or when you weight yourself, etc.0 -
