Hi new to this.
I lost 3 stone about 3 years ago but now all on from not keeping track and just giving birth to boy of 8 weeks now.
I'm back to my healthy eating and daily weighin And keeping note of what I eat and counting calories
I find this better for as I like to see the scales either drop in numbers daily or sometimes they stay the same but that's fine as long as it doesn't go up.
I like to keep note of what I eat as I can tend to lose myself at time.

Welcome. This calorie in calorie out journey can be a little slower than many diets. Because this isn't a diet, but a lifestyle change, and that's what most people with weight issues need. If you want (or need) any advice about using this program I guess I could say, wiegh and log everything (and I mean everything) and get some good support around you. You can add me if you like.0
