31 lbs lost and still going strong

I bought into a biggest loser contest in January. I worked hard to win, but came in second by 2 lbs, with a loss of 22 lbs. I decided I was so close to my first goal that I needed to continue to work on it. I have been eating fruit, vegetables, chicken and fish. I post all my food on MFP, and use runkeeper to track my outside walks. Once in a while I throw in a cheat day just to throw my body off and make me feel good.
I walk about 4 miles a day. Last night I fell over a music monitor at my church, and I didn't get hurt, thank God. I jumped right back up and didn't even flinch. I feel like this is because I have lost so much weight and am exercising. I feel great and am looking forward to when I am at my final goal. I will post pics then. I am now at a total of 31 lbs lighter with 30 more to go. I did this and so can you.
