    Hi all,

I'm a stay at home mum to a 2 year old and a 10 month old. Almost all my walking involves pushing 25+kg of toddler+baby+paraphernalia in the double pram! I aim to average 10k steps a day, measured on the pacer app. My average is 9700 so I'm pretty close. I just joined a gym with a crèche today, so looking forward to getting back into some other forms of exercise too!

Would love to have some more mfp mum friends, so feel free to add me

Today: up to 8,896 and still have to walk to the shops for a few dinner ingredients once the baby wakes up.

Hi ladies. I've been aiming for 10,000 steps a day with my fitbit. Mind if I join in?

Not my day... Did 7,473. But don't feel so bad since I did almost an hour of HIIT and it was intense! :)

Since I was doing HIIT this evening I decided that 5,200 steps was good enough for today. I'll be back doing 10,000 or more tomorrow, though.

Thanks. Pretty good for an old lady who will be 68 in 9 days. I just have to watch that my knees don't start to bother me.
