I was diagnosed with autism in 1985 since they had little clue what Aspergers was I had that diagnostic through school. I was never medicated nor removed from regular classes. Now they call it high functioning back then they just thought any autistic was retarded. I graduated with honors passing several AP tests. I don't see myself as special, but now when my kids struggle in school I do hold it over their heads that anything is possible and to not let something like dyslexia (my oldest has that) define you.

That I'm 5'2, female, professional & respected, yet can drink a man under the table in pints, and do often. Might explain why I've spent my whole life on a diet....

I've never ever eaten a doughnut in my entire life and the the though of it makes me want to puke. And if I get to close to one I actually (have) will throw up. No clue why?

I'm a super sweet genuine guy. Jk

People are generally surprised at how I like (some) opera and that I randomly force my girls to listen to/watch it to broaden their pallette.
