My workout shirts are a bit big now and I've noticed in spin class they slip down and there's a lot of shaking, bike riding cleavage. Our spin room looks out over the large weight area. My friend started calling me boobs magee.

My gym pants got a little too baggy on me. I figured this out when I stood up and locked out a deadlift...and my pants fell down.

Thankfully I had spandex capris on underneath. Mildly embarassing nonetheless.

I learned that I have to wear t-shirts instead of tank tops to spin class for that reason. I recently discovered I might be having a similar problem with deadlifts.

Ah yes. Despite still being body conscious/embarrassed of the rolls, I wear close fitting tops in yoga. My old reliable/hides everything t-shirts hang in my face and smother me during downward dog and you can see all the way up the front if you're behind me.

Have to pick high necked/close fitting for lifting, too. Bent over rows and dead lift are free show time, otherwise.

Well, how about a skirt falling down my ankles when I was walking out of my office? Two guys enjoyed the view of my panties and stockings... To make it even better I am their boss... :) Of course they pretended they did not see anything and I pretended it never happened :) I threw away this skirt the same day...

Undies fell down while I was running. Capris caught them, but it was an awkward walk to the locker room with a big budge in my butt.

Well done everyone!!! all these amusing NSVs are just showing us (and the world, oops!) that we're losing so much that our pants don't fit any more....

When I lost 15kg, I thought that's great!!! I treated myself with bunch of new bras, after all I really needed it! Guess what?! Not even in my dream did I think that I will eventually reach my ideal weight. So.... I'm loaded with too big new bras. Since I had to buy whole new wardrobe & workout clothes, I only got 2 more bras.
Once in a gym, my PT started laughing. I thought I'm doing something wrong but no...new-big bra was hanging like a *kitten* & he saw my miserable dried out boobies.

    Amazing!

My other half who usually spots me for bench mentioned how awesome that area looked when I bench, I didn't believe him so he filmed me. I will never ask for a bench spot again! :p

Now I get, why 2 guys at the gym always ask me if I needed a spotter...

Haha! They might be doing it to help you out but it's pretty suspicious...it looks seriously good - get someone to film it, ego boost if you ever need one! ;)
