Can't lose weight!

I've been trying to lose weight for over 5 weeks and my weight just yoyos up and down. I've been eating around 1350 calories a day. Any help?

Without knowing your specifics, I would suggest being mega-diligent with your weighing and measuring of food. We often consume more calories than we realize, even when we think we are making healthy choices.0

If you don't weigh your food and log everything accurately, then you're definitely eating more than you think.0

I weigh all my food and log it religiously and my weight has also come to a stand still for around a month now. Have you tried the 5-2 plan? It's great for weight loss. It was working brilliant for me. I have managed to loose over 3 stone, but seems to have stopped working now for some reason.0

if you are eating in a deficit, you will lose weight. its science.0 -
I might be, but I'm not loosing weight at the moment even with the 5-2. So I'm not sure why I seem to have plateaued. I'm probably going to have to exercise more I guess0
