Hi all,

First time here and I am looking for a healthy way to lose weight. I used to be very slim and healthy but had body issues and went on a very restrictive diet. This eventually caused me to develop an unhealthy relationship with food where I will eat vast amounts of high sugar/carb food in short time periods which inevitably caused weight gain. I am hoping that by joining this community I will lose weight in a safe and healthy way and tackle my body image problems. I also think it will motivate me to see others achieve their goals :)

    Been here now for just over a month and losing weight every week stick to the plan and it will work add me as a friend if you like.
