Just wondering, I am sure several are doing 30 day shred, a 20 min video. Just wondering how many calories are burned,(or how to figure what to record for calories??

Only way to know for sure, I am finding out, is if you have a good Heart Rate Monitor that can calculate it for you.
If I log it as circuit training it gives me about 200 calories.
I haven't bought a HRM yet, but those that have are logging higher amounts.

I've seen this question posted here before and the answer usually is to count 20 minutes of circuit training. I started it today!

I have a polar FT7 HRM. I'm 5'2" 110lbs and I burn about 140 calories on level 1 (but I've been doing it for ages). MFP is pretty consistent with my HRM (although since my weight dropped in MFP is a bit higher than HRM).

Log it as Circuit Training in MFP and just log your workout time not your cool down time and you should be close.
