New - grad student and getting married in 4 months

Options
trying to figure out a way to get healthy (and lose the grad school weight) in time for end of August. Currently 5'2 and 130 - hoping to get back to pre grad weight of 115 - is this feasible? Any tips?

Already am not a fast food eater/soda drinker (heard those were easy changes).

What about more organic and less processed. I have def seen an improvement in my life with hise changes. Organic and NON-gmo whenever possible.

Hi! You're about my size and weight. I'm 5'3" and currently 132 down from 139. Are you just wanting to change your diet or are you exercising as well?

1 pound a week is a great target so you've got about 16 pounds if you work hard at it. Not an issue at all. Prelog everything you eat. Hit your calorie goals. Use the gym. Not that you MUST have a calorie burn there but it helps with the motivation to eat better. It's all about your diet.

    No.

A calorie deficit would be a lot more effective
