Binge stories

I binge once a week, 5k calories? Ya I know it's bad. I stay on my deficit all week and then I'm home on the weekends and I binge on stuff like peanut butter and jelly , and white bread.

I know some people can do that, but behavior like that is bad for me. A one day binge always turns into two days, then three, then four, until the whole week is gone.

Had a binge yesterday. No clue on the calories because I just ate. I went to bed feeling quite bloated and like I wanted to throw up.

Had a two day binge a couple days ago. Probably ate over 15k calories in two days. Could not stop eating everything and anything I saw and wanted. Now I'm in damage control mode. It's always sweets and carbs. Even though I don't keep any in the house I go and get it once I get started.

I can't have anything that's too concentrated in sugar (even apples) or I'm "off on one". So I'm low carbing and avoiding added sugar completely, at least until I get down to my goal weight, and maybe even forever.
Still going through the cravings phase right now.

This is my biggest problem... I tell myself "I will just have one" and then after I've eaten the whole package of something I feel so bad, that I figure I might as well eat whatever else I want because I have screwed up so badly already. It sucks, but you have to let it go and get back on track as soon as possible.

Yes, I have been eating clean and working out, but sometimes I just suddenly eat like 5 bowls of rice with half a jar of jam on top, or melt peanut butter and dark chocolate in a bowl and pour it over oats or something omg. And for that reason I have slowly gained 2kg back this year out of the 11kg I lost. Only 6 more to go though. So close. Keep fighting.

Perhaps you're over restricting yourself during the week, therefore feeling the need to binge.
