back on the wagon

I fell off the wagon for a couple weeks now I'm back. Feeling sorry for myself now I realize I have to keep moving and keeping a food log to get results

    Me too! I had a few days of not so great food choices and not tracking my calories. I have decided to re-commit myself to tracking (counting calories) and making better choices. Glad you are back!

    Fell off for months, even though the reminder on my phone sent me reminders every day that I hadn't logged my food as of yet. Watching the weight come back prompted me to start logging again and to try to stick with it this time. Glad you're back as well. Best wishes for staying on track! ☺️

    I also got off tract for a few months, but I'm back and decided to stay on tract. On my way to the store to buy some things to help with my diet. Some fruits and veggies
