I keep 3-4 bags of frozen no sugar added fruit in freezer. Use in smoothies with milk, greek yogurt & flavoring.Add ice & blend for one minute. Figure calories before you make it.

    1 banana
    1cup of milk
    Then you blend together.

    (Optional)

    1 raw egg
    Flavored protein powder
    Peanut butter

Or you could add it all together and it keeps me full all throughout the day.

Whole milk, banana and either strawberries, blueberries, peach or lime (juice and grated rind). I'll adjust amounts to size of banana if I have fresh banana (equal amounts of banana and milk).

Whole milk, banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder.

    Oh the yumminess <3

This one is awesome in my mind... Had it almost every day for the past few weeks!

    1 small frozen banana
    1 cup cold water,
1/2 cup coconut or regular milk or soy or whatever
    1 handful of spinach
    2 tsp matcha powder,
1 scoop protein powder (i use Vega One green).
Blend it up with some ice cubes (I like mine super cold).
