Lately meat (I really only eat turkey and chicken breast) has been making me gag. What are other sources of food that I can try to get my protein? TIA!

I'd recommend you look into why meat makes you gag. Doesn't sound allright.

I can't speak for the OP, but if I eat a lot of a a food, I'll hit a point where it'll make me feel gross when I get sick of it.

Like, in March I was on a ham kick. Big tasty cubes of it in soup. Ham sandwiches for lunch. Then very suddenly, all lunch meat turned my stomach -- the thought of eating it made me want to gag. So, I'm taking a break from lunch meats and ham.

(AND I STILL HAVE SOME IN THE FREEZER, just waiting for when I can stomach the idea of potato and ham soup.)
