How do you have your official weigh in? Do you weigh in at nigh in the morning, clothed or naked, or under garments? How often?

    pretty much the same for me. I try not to eat late at night so i am as empty as possible when i weigh in.

    and, to that end, i don't wear any clothes. I need to know my true weight.

    Wake up, relieve self, eat lightly, dress, go to hospital w/ wheelchair-ready scale, weigh, subtract chair weight as shared by my DME man, share w/ RD, rejoice or cry depending on final weight/change, repeat in 6 weeks.
