Hey all!! I hope you have made some tremendous progress this past week, here is what I need now!

WEEKLY CHALLENGE!!!
Perform at least 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, and 40 walking lunges at least 3 days this week!
You don't have to do them all at the same time on the days you choose to do them, you could do these during commercial breaks when you are watching your favorite show even!!

OR

Kick it up a notch... and go for 20 miles this week.

OR!!

You could kick it up 2 notches... be a badass skinny b*tch and do BOTH of the challenges!! hah! :glasses:

    Calories burned since last week: no had 1051 and wanted 1200
    Nutrition goal met?? nearly
    How many miles did you travel this past week: a lot!

    NEW GOALS for the week of 5/20 through 5/27:
    Calorie burn goal: 1200
    Weight loss goal: 2 lbs
    Nutrition goal: to stay with in my limits all days!

    I started a 250 sit-ups challenge two days ago and I also plan on starting a push-up challenge today and a squats challenge on sunday! So I'll swap the lunges for squats.

    Weight loss goal: 1
    Nutrition goal: Keep my potassium & sodium somewhat the same, drink lots of water, & stay around 1200.

    As for the challenge, I think I will try to do both.

    Nutrition goal: keep total consumed calories under 1400 for 5 days

    How many miles did you travel this past week: 5 miles

    NEW GOALS for the week of 5/20 through 5/27:
    Calorie burn goal: 3,500
    Weight loss goal: 5lbs
    Nutrition goal: Stay below my recommended daily caloric intake of 1,440 calories
    Weekly challenge: I want to do the 20/20/40 goal AND travel 20 miles. I just need to be more consistent to lose the 5lbs.

    Weight lost since last week: 1lb (I started working out at the beginning of this month, so don't be alarmed that I lost 3lbs in a week!)

    Nutrition goal met?? Still didn't get enough protein, but I did better!
    How many miles did you travel this past week: 6 miles, so in total I'm at 24.5 miles.

    Calorie burn goal: 3,000! Yep, 3,000
    Weight loss goal: 2lbs
    Nutrition goal: MORE PROTEIN! MORE MORE MORE!
