Getting back on the horse!!!

I went from 385 to 362, then back up to 275. Life is just hard, and maintaining and losing weight is very hard thing to do. I fell off, but I am attempting to get back on. My goal is 300 by end of year. If you are reading this, having a buddy to go through this journey with would be great.

I'm dealing with long term weight too, you'll have bad days but it isn't the end of the world. Take a day at a time and pace yourself. My problem was not exercising enough so I looked through the exercise database and decided what I could do and what they were worth then tried to slot sessions into my schedule. I also gave up back foods that I wasn't eaten very often anyway. Hope that helps.0
