plug your numbers into a calculator (MFP or this is another one I like: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/)
track accurately : http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1234699/logging-accurately-step-by-step-guide#latest
Track your progress over a significant amount of time (a month or so at least) and adjust accordingly. It's important to keep in mind the calculators are estimates and human error is always a factor so you have to be open to adjusting your plan for whatever your goals may be.0 -
Beware MFP and Scoobys will give very different numbers as they work in very different ways so aren't directly comparable.
OP - You also haven't stated if you want to lose, gain or maintain in any of the multiple threads you have posted!0 -

Seek medical attention now!
If you really are that weight and height there is something very wrong, you are massively massively underweight!
I'm 5,8 and 140lbs and my BMI is pretty much in the middle of what it should be.
At 108lbs there is something wrong with you.

Nice.
OP, check this out: http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/
It should tell you what you need to know. But I'd do more research than just one site fyi.
